Privacy policy.

Design Ocean, INC ("we", "us") operates designocean.us. We only collect the information we need to answer your requests and deliver your order, and we don't share it with anyone outside the company without your permission.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, company name, billing address, email addresses, phone number, order details, creative brief and any message you send through our forms.
• What we record automatically: your IP address (kept in hashed form for spam protection), browser and operating system, the pages you visit and when, and where you came from. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage.

How we use it

We use your information to understand what you need, respond to support requests, process payments, send order updates and deliver your work. We may also send you news about our services, and you can ask us to stop at any time through the support form. We don't sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, shown by https:// in the address bar, so your billing details stay private.

Who can see your information

Your information is kept confidential and stored securely, and only designated team members can access it. We share it only if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in legal proceedings. We use trusted providers for analytics (Google Analytics) and email delivery; they process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

Cookies

We ask for consent before setting analytics cookies where required. You can decline them, and the site works the same either way.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to help you and to maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Make a request through the support form and choose "Privacy request".

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
