Terms & conditions.

These terms apply to every order with Design Ocean, INC ("Design Ocean", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in the United States. By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

Orders and payment

We accept payment by bank transfer and secure invoice. We may update our prices and these terms at any time; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Delivery

We deliver finished work to the email address you gave us, on the date confirmed for your order. The minimum turnaround is 2 business days and varies by package. To request faster delivery, contact us through the support form.

Revisions

Your package includes revisions at no extra cost, as long as the design and concept stay the same. Each revision takes about 48 hours. Changes requested after you approve the final work, or a new concept, are treated as a new order and charged separately.

Refunds

We can't offer a refund if:

• you cancel for reasons unrelated to us, or change your mind;
• we haven't heard from you within 72 hours;
• our policies were breached, or you hired another team or company for the same work;
• your creative brief is missing information we need, or you ask for a completely different design;
• five days or more have passed since you ordered, or you request a refund after the refund window;
• the work has already started on your website, or the initial concepts have been approved;
• the order is for social media, SEO, domain registration, hosting or plugins.

If you don't send your initial brief within 10 days, we may offer a partial refund of up to 25%. After any refund, you no longer have the right to use the work, and Design Ocean keeps ownership. To request a refund, use the support form and choose "Billing or refund".

Ownership

Once you've paid in full and we've formally delivered the work, you own it. We keep records of finished designs so we can replace anything you lose.

Our commitment to quality

We research and craft every project carefully, and we'll keep revising your work within your package until it matches the agreed brief.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Design Ocean is not liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data or profit, even if we were told they were possible.

Support and communication

All support requests go through our support form. We only contact you from official @designocean.us email addresses, so treat messages from any other address with caution. If we don't hear from you for 15 days during a project, project activation charges may apply.
